Delegate Rates

There’s no such thing as a ‘typical’ corporate package at the Solent Hotel and Spa. Our team will listen to your requirements and budget and then we'll plan a package to meet your needs for the event.

All our 8 hour delegate rates include:

  • unlimited use of the Conference Cafe – for morning refreshments, afternoon breaks, lunch and everything in between – we won’t charge for additional servings of tea and coffee – it really is all included
  • a 3 course buffet lunch served in the Conference Cafe – so delegates can eat as much or as little, as they want from our very wide, and ever-changing, selections
  • unlimited wi fi access for all delegates – saving up to £15 per delegate
  • use of the main meeting room – with pads, cordials and unlimited filtered chilled water – kept nice and cool in the in-room fridge
  • complimentary on site car parking for all delegates

In addition, all 24 hour rates include:

  • overnight accommodation in executive rooms – all doubles or twins for single occupancy
  • a 3 course dinner served in The Terrace Restaurant – or a themed dinner of your choice ( additional charges may apply)
  • full English breakfast
  • Use of the spa throughout your stay
  • Complimentary morning newspaper
