Conference Lunch
Served in the stylish Martindale Restaurant, our spectacular Cumbrian hors d’oeuvres table and hot & cold buffet selection means there is something for everyone – whatever their dietary needs or tastes.
Dinner and Private Dining Options
The Martindale Restaurant brings you the best of Cumbrian food and drink. Head Chef, Doug Hargreaves, and his team create regularly changing menus that showcase the finest seasonal Cumbrian produce, sourced from local suppliers such as Bells Village Bakery and Thornby Moor Dairy.
At the end of a long day, a great dinner is a chance to relax and reflect on the achievements and some valuable social time as well. As each event is different we’ll work with you to plan a dining experience that meets your needs. A few of our more popular requests are:
- private dining for groups of 10 or more – available to meetings at no additional charge
- an informal night – perfect for training events where you’re dining together on a few nights – our curry night is popular
- sharing platters – again, great for a group who perhaps get together regularly at monthly meetings – everyone has a chance to taste some new dishes and the meal becomes an event in itself
- informal dining in groups of 4 or 6 – if not everyone needs to dine at one time
Chef Doug loves a challenge – so why not give Sue Lane, our Conference Sales Manager, a call on 0176 883 8204 and see if we can help with your next event?
