Dinner and private dining options
Head Chef, Adrian Sedden, and his team work with the freshest, high quality produce to showcase the best of the region. You’ll always find locally sourced meats and cheeses on Adrian’s menus and he works closely with a whole range of local suppliers to feature seasonal ingredients throughout the year.
The Magnolia Restaurant has an AA rosette for food and the service style is relaxed yet professional. Smaller groups can choose to dine in the Restaurant or The Courtyard – where the atmosphere is informal and ideal for private parties of up to 60.
Chef Adrian is always happy to theme an event for you – some of our more recent requests include a Spanish themed Paella night, traditional fish and chips with a twist, a summer BBQ and the ever popular curry night.
